HEAD & ELECTRONIC BRAKE LIGHTS [5MM, 14”]

STEP 1 STEP 2
Locate the four 14” Wire Extensions, two 5mm White LEDs, two 5mm Red LEDs, and four 2P housings. Trim LED leads and follow Plug and Play Connector – Standard Use Assembly Instructions –OR– Remove housings from one end of the 14” wire extensions and follow Plug and Play Connector – Heavy Duty Off-Road Use Assembly Instructions to assemble the LED side of each wire extension. Determine LED colors by plugging 1-Channel RX Plug into PWR & AUX (jumper removed, notch up) and EBS, and each LED into a LED1-6 channel. Install the LEDs through the body using the included LED holders & rings or behind the body without holders. Detailed instructions for both methods can be found HERE.
STEP 3 STEP 4
Twist wires going to the same location together to keep wires neatly tucked away. Using aluminum tape and zip ties and bases (saving one set for mounting the LED Controller) route all wires to a central location where the final zip tie and base should be used to secure the LED controller. Mount the Standard 10 LED controller on the side of the body for easy access and to prevent damage from roll over. Plug the 2x2P housing side of the 1-Channel RX Plug into PWR & AUX (jumper removed, notch up) and the 3P end into the Electronic Brake Switch. Plug ESC or throttle servo into the EBS and the EBS into the RX throttle channel. Wire extensions from the headlights can be plugged into any LED1-6 channel and brake lights can be plugged into any AUX1-4 channel.
Before you begin installation onto the vehicle/body: completely read through these instructions, setup/configure your lighting system, and test it to ensure proper operation. Before ever applying power to the LEDs check & double-check your wire connections to ensure the LEDs are plugged into the right channels on the LED controller. LEDs blown due to incorrect installation wiring are not covered by warranty. Connecting LEDs directly to power will blow them immediately.
WARNING: LED lights are designed to be used in extreme nighttime and low visibility running environments and are very high output. DO NOT look directly into beam.
