RPS + EBS

Use this tutorial to use a toggle switch on the transmitter and a Remote Power Switch (#5090) to switch power to the head & fog lights on the Standard 10 LED Controller (#5051) LED BANK 1 (LED1 - LED6) and use a Electronic Brake Switch (#5092) to add dual intensity brake light action to LED BANK 2 (AUX1 - AUX4).

This tutorial uses the 3 wire power plug included with the Remote Power Switch.

Separate 3P Wire

Step #1:

Remove the white wire from the 3P connector housing and insert it into a 2P housing as shown.

If no 2P housing is available use heat shrink to insulate the connector terminal.

To remove connector terminals from the connector housings use an XACTO knife.
Plug Into RPS and EBS

Step #2:

Plug the 3P connector housing into the RPS, black-white; blue-red.

Plug the 2P connector housing into the EBS, white-white.
Plug Into 10 LED Controller

Step #3:

Remove the jumper on the AUX pins.

Plug the 2x2P connector housing into the PWR & AUX channels with the notch UP.

PWR Top Pin - Blue
PWR Bottom Pin - Black
AUX Top Pin - none
AUX Bottom Pin - White 
Plug Into RX

Step #4:

Plug the RPS into RX channel 3; and plug the EBS into the RX throttle channel (typically channel 2).

Discard or save the LED Controller jumper.
